Salts of the Earth – Wangara

Eliza and I were so excited to check out Salt of the Earth, Wangaratta, in the children’s room of course. The children’s room almost looks like a winter wonderland that isn’t cold! With a soft salt floor, a children’s play kitchen, table and chairs for salty tea parties, of course little couches for watching Netflix, cars and trucks, and loads more to keep them busy! They are having such a good time they don’t release the health benefits that are literally in the air! Meanwhile mummy gets a really comfy chair to sit in and relax!

After we were welcomed by the nicest mother and daughter duo and introduced to all the health benefits of salt theorpy we were taken into our room to get started! The main reason for our visit was for Eliza’s eczema, which we have struggled to keep under control since she was a baby! Salt balances Ph levels and induces regenerative prcesses in the skin, increases skin elasticity which stimulates growth and improves microcirculation. Salt theorpy helps so many conditions such as:

Breathe – Asthma, Hay Fever, Bronchitis, Cold and Flu, Croup, Cystic Fibrosis, Sinusitis, Pneumonia, Emphysema and COPD.

Skin –  Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis and seasonal skin reactions and allergies.

Sleep – Snoring, Croup and Cold and Flu related sleeplessness.

Eliza’s irritated skin has calmed and is definitely less red, I can’t wait to take her back! For more information on how salt therapy can help you and their locations head to their website.
